Chinese mobile makers Huawei, ZTE is near to be banned from America

The two well-known mobile makers Huawei and Zte are expected to be ceased by the U.S government vigorously. According to the Reuters after the report of U.S intelligence appending the proves about the underground suspicious activities of Chinese top firms the U.S government has decided to move them out from the U.S market.

Huawei is the second largest and Zte is fifth-largest global makers of telecom equipment.It is interesting to see that how these tech giants come out of this as they have already done a heavy investment to set themselves into strong position in western market. According to a Washington Post report

Huawei spent $820,000 on lobbying in the first six months of 2012 — up from $200,000 for the same period in 2011.

It has also come to our knowledge that the both companies failed to satisfy the requests for documents including detailed information about formal relationships or regulatory interaction with Chinese authorities.

Baseless suggestions otherwise or purporting that Huawei is somehow uniquely vulnerable to cyber mischief ignore technical and commercial realities, recklessly threaten American jobs and innovation, do nothing to protect national security, and should be exposed as dangerous political distractions from legitimate public-private initiatives to address what are global and industry-wide cyber challenges

Zte also rejected the claim

We profoundly disagrees with the claims. ZTE should not be a focus of this investigation to the exclusion of the much larger Western vendors.
