Apple loses patent case against Androiders in german court
Now a days when the smart phone from Apple named iPhone is on its full boom and Apple is celebrating its outstanding market response from all around the world Apple is trembled with a little set back. The reason was the German’s court decision against Apple on Friday and thus rejected the claim of Apple that Motorola and Samsung infringe on the technology relating to touchscreen’s function.
The Manheim Regional Court in Germany gave the verdict that
Samsung and Motorola didn’t infringe on an Apple patent that describes technology that prevents smart phone users from pushing two buttons at the same time on a touch screen
Samsung appreciated and praised this decision saying these words
We welcome today’s ruling, which affirms our position that our products do not infringe Apple’s intellectual property. We will continue to further develop and introduce products that enhance the lives of German consumers
As you can expect after the ruling no one from Apple was available to comment on this decision.
The rivalry between Apple and Android family (Motorola and Samsung) has almost taken three months and don’t know how more they will fight to get decisions in their favor.Munich court’s order against Motorola in favor of Apple for the patent case overscroll bounce, California court’s order against Samsung in favor of Apple for the patent case multitouch asking Samsung to pay over one million in damages and now German court’s decision in favor of Motorola and Samsung has energized this battle.Lets see what will happen
