MIT engineered jacket will hug you after every facebook like

mit jacket

MIT university who is famous for its innovativeness and whose students are ranked number one in the world has invented Like-a-hug jacket. The idea behind inventing this jacket is to bring more emotions for the users of Facebook.

According to the claim the jacket will sense out every time you get a like on Facebook and each time you will get a hug from  the jacket.Melissa chow is very positive about the invention, she praises her invention in following words

Like-A-Hug is a wearable social media vest that allows for hugs to be given via Facebook, bringing us closer despite physical distance. The vest inflates when friends ‘Like’ a photo, video, or status update on the wearer’s wall, thereby allowing us to feel the warmth, encouragement, support, or love that we feel when we receive hugs. Hugs can also be sent back to the original sender by squeezing the vest and deflating it.

Lets look at the promotional video and make your assessment about this jacket.

Frankly speaking when i come across the news about this invention i was  a bit confused because try to get such a touchy feeling through materialistic way is totally sounding senseless. The rest is done by the promotional video, what they were trying to achieve from this video i couldn’t understand.Yeah it is true we all wear jacket but only when it is required we don’t do it unnecessary. My one line for this invention is VIRTUALITY  IS AT ITS PEAK.
